Eagle Mount

Eagle Mount celebrates 20 years of serving individuals and their families in Great Falls and the surrounding communities at Showdown! Hundreds of participants are witness to the power of what Eagle Mount is with the help of amazing volunteers and Showdown’s generous support!
Imagine yourself as a child, teen, or adult with abilities that don’t allow you to experience the wind on your face, the sound of a ski cutting through snow, or the brush of fresh snowflakes on your cheeks as they fall gently to the ground.
In the world of disabilities, these experiences are often limited, not to mention often times out of reach.
Through Eagle Mount and the support of Showdown, children and adults with a wide range of challenges can enjoy the thrill and challenge of skiing or snowboarding at Showdown using specially designed equipment and adaptive techniques. The benefits of skiing far outreach just learning a skill. Self-esteems soar, limitations are challenged and shattered, potentials are discovered and unleashed and new relationships are created while sharing the joys of skiing or snowboarding.
All this would not be possible without the strong partnership between Showdown and Eagle Mount!
